At VIM, we are building a new clinical practice called Health Management Medicine: the proactive and longitudinal stewardship of your health across every major physiological system, not simply to reduce disease but to continually expand your capacity throughout life.
We are open in the Boston area and expanding into two more markets in the next 18 months. We keep panels small on purpose, because knowing a patient well is what makes the care work. That decision shapes everything else about how we build and there's a lot left to build.

This role works closely with clients and physicians across the East Coast and Central U.S., so we're looking for someone based in Eastern or Central time for meaningful working-hours overlap.

At VIM, the physician-patient relationship is central. Our technology enhances this by enabling personalized care, allowing physicians to monitor and act on data proactively. You'll help build the AI-driven platform that supports this innovative approach.
