She works with individuals across a wide range of ages and risk profiles, with a focus on early identification of risk, thoughtful interpretation of clinical data, and long-term partnership.
Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with practical, individualized strategy. Patients work closely with Dr. Kelley-Hedgepeth to understand where they are today, make informed decisions, and build sustainable plans to reduce cardiovascular risk while maintaining strength, energy, and quality of life.

At Vim, she works within a Health Management Medicine model that allows her to:
- Build long-term physician–patient relationships
- Track trends over time rather than isolated snapshots
- Coordinate care across specialists when needed
- Adjust plans as life, stress, and health needs evolve
This model is particularly well-suited for patients who want a steady, trusted medical partner—not just access to testing or episodic visits.
Dr. Kelley-Hedgepeth joined Vim to practice medicine in a structure designed for continuity, prevention, and depth.
Vim’s model allows her to move beyond time-constrained visits and fragmented care, creating space, for longitudinal planning, proactive monitoring, and meaningful partnership with patients over time.
Her goal is simple but ambitious: to help patients lower cardiovascular risk, preserve function, and feel steady and supported as their health, and lives, change.
